Obama Embarks On Bullet Train to Bankruptcy

Sarah Palin spoke out on President Obama's spending frenzy, noting the enormous growth in government spending and national debt, with resultant joblessness and housing foreclosures under Obama.
"The federal government is spending too much, borrowing too much, growing and controlling too much," she said.

Palin said Obama had revived the era of big government, and she ridiculed the infrastructure spending and investment he outlined in his recent State of the Union speech.

"The only thing these investments will get us is a bullet train to bankruptcy,"
A one way ticket to Obamaville.

  1. Well, Zero, the Won, *did* say, not too long ago, that we were "at the precipice."

What better way to go *over* the precipice than in a high-speed train?

  2. I know.

“It’s clear we are on the precipice of achievement that’s eluded Congresses, presidents for generations — an achievement that will touch the lives of nearly every American.”

    Reaganesque?

    Hmm... perhaps not.

  3. Leftys love them trains to nowhere!

I guess it fits with their total disregard for reality. Like Socialism in general.

From that picture, now we now why Lefty men hate Sarah so: She calls them like she sees them. They now long for the days when Rush was calling them "two-inchers."

  5. It's a blessing---and a curse!

And it was "now we know." Guess my "k" key needs a bit of persuading. [And I can hardly read text now that my monitor is less than half brightness.]

  6. Oh, no! I sure hope Miss Sarah isn't talking about your brightness!

  7. It's hilarious. I love that picture of Sarah Palin. It was taken back in the 2008 campaign. And yet every time I see it I think of Barack Obama and her assessment of the dangers the country faces with him leading the nation.

  8. But gentlemen, this is a "G" rated program. Let's not let things be getting away from ourselves.

  9. I wouldn't be mad at Sarah whatever she was referring to--as long as she kept referring.

Gee, Jim, I hope you weren't a Boy Scout. The other kids might have decided to use you to send smoke signals.*

    * For Ilion--wet blanket reference.

  10. Ilíon was a Boy Scout and was a wet-blanket.

AND, Ilíon is offended that Nicholas used the plural when the singular was correct.

  11. Okay, okay... I give up.

Every time I see this picture what comes to mind is her cutting comments during the Obama administrations attempts to sue the State of Arizona, nicely summed up at the time here:

"Just a few minutes ago on Foxnews, Sarah Palin said that President Obama didn’t have the cohones of Governor Jan Brewer in enforcing the laws of the land. One thing people like about Gov. Palin is that she isn’t scared to say what’s on everyone’s mind, and occasionally, she’ll interject a “shark with frickin lasers”* like statement that changes the dynamic of the national conversation. Think “Death Panels.”

Other choice quotes, “With Gibbs and the White House, you’re never going to get the truth from their messaging.” Love it. “Don’t believe the spin, coming from the White House.”

Gone are the days of euphemism and trying to decipher “code.” No, she just comes right out and says it!

Although, like any politician, there are times when a question is asked, and she’ll kind of beat her own drum and repeat various slogans, as opposed to answering the question. Now, Pres. Obama is a master of this, and takes a reporter with real cahones and keep the politician’s feet to the fire.

Chris Wallace asked her today, regarding her neighbor (the reporter who’s doing an expose on her) whether she’s had to change things in her life or “go with the flow.” And in true Alaskan style, Ms. Palin responded, “Only a dead fish goes with the flow.” Gotta love the moxy on this woman!"

She is remarkably willing to make bold statements that clarify the differences in beliefs between liberals and conservatives. Those are qualities that make her very attractive.

  12. To make the above even more confusing for me, I can't see the photo with the post, because "the content of this website is not available in your area"
Imagine reading the comments above and having to guess...

  13. "the content of this website is not available in your area"
Just like Obama's Curriculum Vitae and records.

Imagine tring to make an informed decision to vote by having to guess...

  14. How many centuries has it been since the Democratic Party was about offering "informed decisions?"

  15. They should run a public service campaign on NBC
entitled "The Less You Know" then.

Now let's "Rock The Vote!" And if anyone asks, the DNC or White House or any of their lackeys and useful idiots didn't have any to do with those "Together We Thrive" t-shirts at the Tucson Memorial. That "Rock The Vote" on the bottom is purely coincidental. I'm sure MTV wouldn't have a problem with me just putting it on my Sarah Palin for President t-shirts. No problem at all. I won't even look for a letter from their attorney.
