April's Got Game

Writing interesting, edgy, thought provoking pieces is standard fair for fan favorite April Gavaza, and the coveted Steyn link is not unheard of... but the Hyacinth Girl went Big League with the mention of her blog on The Rush Limbaugh Show. Twenty million listeners, 5 million at any one time...that's big time. And she did it with the hard truth:

"We are a lazy, spoiled, ADHD culture–soft and uninterested in thinking for ourselves. At least my generation is."

Did I say Rush mentioned her blog? Well, actually he read the entire post, Uplifting, and read it very well I might add.

Stace Makes Out Like a Bandit

Robert Stacy McCain, doing the hard work you and I wish we had a chance to do, broke out the old shoe leather,traveling to the Searchlight Rally in support of the bid to oust Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid. I must say, I appreciate all the hard work Stace does for you and I. Beauty is, we get to tag along with Stace and actually hear from the people there. It's hard work, but this is serious reporting.













































































I gotta say, it looks like we missed a pretty good time out in the desert!

Hyacinth Girl Knocks One Out Of The Park

Everybody's favorite, the Hyacinth Girl, knocked one out of the park yesterday with her thoughtful commentary on the ongoing national discussion on the Federal government takeover of the healthcare industry.

"I’d love to have a safety net, to never have to worry about basic “needs”, but the sacrifice is too great. When we give up responsibility, we also give up our freedom"

Oh yeah, she got all of that.
