Judge's ruling undermines civil society and rule of law

Judge Reddihough shows himself to be a blithering idiot in his ruling on this case in England. Modern interpretation of English law has caused England to devolve into a society in which law abiding citizens are forever in fear from a criminal element that revolves in and out of the justice system, while otherwise law abiding citizens are ruined by the very same legal justice system.
"Munir's barrister Michael Wolkind QC said he had been inundated with emails from people overseas too - all "staggered at the state of English justice".

Disgraceful.

  1. You're right, Nick.

But keep in mind the judge is bound in turn by the moronic state of Brit law, which has taken the Left turn down that rabbit hole.

    This is all so surrealistic.

Unbelievable. I'd sooner expect to find out I'd won the Powerball Lotto than see this.

Strike that, this is right on par with Euro crap now taking over the Continent on now what USED to be the proudest and freest nation in Europe.

God have mercy on us. We might be next.

  3. Salem had had 54 previous convictions, he and his buddies had just spent the previous 45 minutes terrorizing this man's family and threatening them all by repeatedly saying 'We're gonna f***ing kill you', and to Mr. Hussain's impression his youngest son had already apparently been knifed to death by these bozos, and yet the Honorable Justice Reddihough has the temerity to say with a straight face:

"However, if persons are permitted to take the law into their own hands - and inflict their own instant and violent punishment rather than letting justice take its course, then the rule of law, and our system of criminal justice, which are the hallmarks of a civilised society, would collapse."

Please. You are a little late Justice Reddihough if you intend to hold back the barbarians with your judicial edicts. I'd say 54 convictions too late. It's obvious your legal systems failure to protect the citizenry is what was responsible for this outcome. If you wanted to protect Mr. Salem from having his noggin pounded in you should have impressed upon him the evils of armed robbery during one of your 54 earlier interactions. Failing that, bad things are sure to happen.

We all should be happy that Mr. Hussain's family were not physically injured, all the while recognizing that their physical safety was in no way secured by the actions of your "system of criminal justice".

    The Engish.
